Painted Wood Art
I like to create art for myself and commission projects with wood. My dad had a construction company as I grew up and although I wasn't allowed to use a power tool when he was around, I still managed to learn how to use most of them secretly.
In the end he bought me a scroll saw to use for projects because he could see I wasn't going to give up working with wood.
I have as much fun creating as I do with the research and learning about what I'll create as well as the sketching original art & ideas for commissioned pieces.
I cut the wood myself using various saws, jigsaw and scroll saw being my top choices. Sanding and then my favorite part, the painting and finishing touches!
